On July 14th 2021, two students from Grand River Academy, accompanied by a chaperone, came to the Math and Science building at Kent State University main campus for a tour of the Advanced Telerobotics Research lab. On Friday, March 15th 2019, the College of Aeronautics and Engineering set up a line-following robot competition. The goal was to build a robot that could follow a line on a track and run three consecutive laps around as fast and as accurately as possible.
